Furnace Monitoring System

We provide High temperature furnace monitoring system AST TFV-750/TE-750.This system provides inside wide angle view of the burner flames, material alignment and movement , and other processes in the furnace like kiln, heating stove or other combustion chamber. The normal view system TFV-750/1100 & thermal view system TE-750/1100 is mounted on furnace of the wall. It consists of auto retraction and insertion system which is regulated by control cabinet with PLC ; Pneumatic control system.

We use special visual or thermal camera with high precision pinhole lens which is mounted inside stainless steel probe. The probe is equipped with vortex air; water cooling system that enables the system to work in high temperature environment and also continuous supply of air keeps the lens clean.

When the temperature of the inner Probe rises above the set limits or the pressure of compressed air; flow of water decreases below the set value, then camera will automatically move out of the furnace.The Camera is inserted through a spring loaded shutter which opens the force of camera probe &  shuts the furnace opening when the probe is removed.

TE-750/TE-1100 is a Thermal Imaging Camera system which can monitor thermal profiling in industrial furnaces, Kilns, Boilers, and Ovens etc.High Dynamic CMOS Camera gives Gige bit Ethernet LAN output. Infraview software provides the user to generate ROIs (Region Of Interest), togenerate alarms and can generate 4-20 mA analog outputs according to ROI. The beauty of GIGE LAN is that you can run Infraview software from multiple clients and also from remote location. This camera, when used with suitable lens for specified FOV (Field Of View) can monitor burner flames, material alignment and movement, and other processes in furnaces like Kiln, heating stove or any other combustion chamber of industrial usage. AST TE-750/TE-1100 works in SWIR (Short wave infra-red) range which eliminates temperature measurement errors due to emissivity and increases temperature measurement accuracy.

Typical Thermal Imaging System with AST TE-750/TE-1100 consists of auto retraction system and insertion system, regulated by Control Cabinet with PLC and Pneumatic System. AST TE-750/TE-1100 is high precision VGA Thermal Camera with high precision elbow view pinhole lens which is mounted on stainless steel probe. The probe is equipped with vortex air & water cooling system that enables the system to work in high temperature environment and also continuous supply of air keeps the lens clean. When any of the necessary condition fails like air flow stopped, water flow stopped or the temperature of probe rises above set limit than Camera probe will automatically retracted from the furnace. The Camera is inserted through a spring-loaded shutter which opens the force of camera probe & shuts the furnace opening when the probe is removed.
