Thermal cameras look for panel hotspots. A defective cell can change module from power consumption resulting in heating the cell which will show as hotspot in the thermal image.

Accuopt designed a system DCTMS-640 (Dual Camera Thermal Monitoring System) which comes with two cameras LTE-640(Thermal) and AVC- 36(Visual) with Tilt and Pan Features which give 360° To and Fro motion and does automatic scanning of the designated area and identify hotspots.

In order to improve reliability DCTMS integrated with INFRAVIEW software for continuous monitoring. InfraView allow you to capture video/Image. Whenever camera detect hotspot under defined area it will trigger an alarm. On an alarm situation, the concerned operator will get the HOTSPOT alerts in the software screen providing early warning for better maintenance.

The ability within software to draw specific regions of interest (ROI) is a real time-saver by providing the operators with only data they need. Customer can set temperature parameter according to his/her requirement. Also Accoupt make I/O Module integrated with the system so that user can get multiple digital as well as relay output. Data can be transmitted over Ethernet/OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) or wirelessly (Optional) to the control room as per customer requirement.
